Journal of Applied Botany and Food Quality / Angewandte Botanik
The English-language journal is currently published twice a year.
Publishers are two societies:
- Vereinigung für Angewandte Botanik (Society of Applied Botany)
- Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualitätsforschung (Pflanzliche Nahrungsmittel) e.V. (German Society for Quality Research on Plant Foods).
The journal can be ordered through bookshops (ISSN 1613-9216), but is free for society members. It is peer-reviewed, its present impact factor is 0.571 (in 2006).
